Order Processing & Verification

  • All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email or SMS.

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, our team may contact you via phone or WhatsApp for order verification before dispatch. Unverified orders will not be processed.

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via Email or SMS. You can use this tracking number on our logistics partner’s portal to check the real-time status of your parcel.

Delivery Instructions & Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • Customers must ensure that accurate delivery details, contact numbers, and address details are provided at checkout.

  • For COD orders, please have the exact amount ready in cash when the rider arrives to ensure a smooth delivery experience.

  • Deliveries will only be handed over after full payment is made to the courier representative.

Damaged or Lost Parcels

If your parcel arrives visibly damaged or tampered with:

  1. Do not accept the delivery if the package is open or severely damaged.

  2. Contact our customer support team immediately at info@rukhofficial.com or via WhatsApp within 24 hours with photos of the damaged package.

  3. If a package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, inform us within 48 hours so we can investigate with our shipping partners.
