Return and Refund Policy

NOTE:
We do not offer refunds for size issues, article change, or change of mind. Refunds are only applicable if the product received is damaged or incorrect. In such cases, customers must send the item to our provided address. Once the parcel is received and approved after quality inspection, the refund will be processed within 7–10 working days.

Conditions:

  • Refund is only valid for damaged or wrong item received
  • Product must be unused and in original condition
  • Customer must send the parcel to our given return address
  • Refund will be issued within 7–10 working days after approval
  • If a customer receives a damaged parcel, they must claim it within 7 days of receiving it. After 7 days, no return or refund will be accepted
